A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is between the victim B (n, 36 years of age) and the restriction on teaching from around 2016 to January 2019.

1. On March 28, 2019, around 18:30 on March 28, 2019, the injured Defendant: (a) faced the victim beyond the pushed floor on the ground that the victim did not lend money; (b) and (c) caused the victim to be faced with the trustor, and (d) faced the victim with the right side of the days of treatment.
