Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On December 30, 2015, at around 00:10, the Defendant driven B rocketing car with approximately 300 meters alcohol level 0.106% in blood alcohol level from the front of “Et” to the front of “Yeeeb School” located in the Dong-gu Culture Complex at the same time.
