Punishment of the crime

1. On December 21, 2014, at around 02:40, the injured Defendant danced at the stage of the “D” club located in Gumisisisi, and caused the victim E (the age of 21) to be the Defendant. 2. 공무집행방해 피고인은 2014. 12. 21. 03:10경 구미시 C에 있는 ‘D’ 클럽 앞 도로에서 112 신고를 받고 출동한 F파출소 소속 경사 G으로부터 사건 경위에 대한 질문을 받고 “야 씹할, 내가 뭘 잘못했는데, 영장 가져와, 개새끼들아”라고 불평하면서 발로 위 G의 오른쪽 허벅지를 3회 걷어차 바닥에 쓰러지게 하는 등 폭행하였다.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the maintenance of police officers' order.

The Defendant damaged public goods, on the same date, time, and place as indicated in paragraph (2), arrested the Defendant as a flagrant offender on the grounds as indicated in paragraph (2), and damaged the repair charges to KRW 620,224 for the patrol vehicles used by public offices, such as: (a) the foregoing G was found to have a defect about the Defendant to board the 112 patrols; and (b) the subsequent door, even if even 4 to 5 times, was walking off; and (c) the subsequent door was cut off.
