A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

Punishment of the crime

On August 19, 2016, at around 17:35, the Defendant driven a car in the B Spex without obtaining a driver's license in approximately 500 meters from the front of the national bank located in Pyeongtaek-si, Bupyeong-gu, Eup, Seoul, to the new apartment parking lot located in the same city-ro 7 meters from the Do.
