Reasons
1. On October 4, 2013, the Plaintiff: (a) the Defendant, from October 4, 2013, set the period from October 4, 2013 to October 4, 2015; and (b) the deposit amount of KRW 65 million without rent, and (c) the Defendant paid the said deposit in full by October 4, 2013.
However, since the above lease contract has expired on October 4, 2015, the defendant is obligated to return deposit 65 million won to the plaintiff.
