1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 75,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from January 28, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

On September 3, 2013, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with the Defendant on the basis of the period from October 11, 2013 to October 11, 2015 with respect to the C apartment 104, 204, 204, 104, 204, with the Plaintiff, and entered into a lease agreement on the basis of KRW 75,000,000,000. On October 11, 2013, the Plaintiff paid the deposit KRW 75,000 to the Defendant and made a move-in report with the said apartment as its domicile on the same day

However, since the above lease contract has expired on October 11, 2015, the defendant is obligated to return the lease deposit to the plaintiff 75 million won.
