1. The Defendant shall calculate 35 million won to the Plaintiff at the rate of 20% per annum from February 4, 2015 to the date of full payment.

According to Gap evidence Nos. 1 and 2, the defendant borrowed KRW 35 million from the plaintiff, and the defendant may recognize the fact that on May 21, 2014, the plaintiff agreed to repay the above loan to the plaintiff by June 5, 2014. Thus, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the above loan amount of KRW 35 million and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from February 4, 2015 to the day of full payment, as the plaintiff seeks.

If so, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted for the reasons and it is so decided as per Disposition.
