A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Ultimately, the Defendant driven the said car in a situation where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, resulting in the death of the victim E (the age 26) who was accompanied by the Defendant’s car due to external cerebral injury, etc., and suffered injury, such as scarke, etc. which requires five-day medical treatment to the victim C, and the victim F (the age 27) who was accompanied by the said rocketing and other heavy water-frames that require six-day medical treatment.

2. On May 21, 2019, the Defendant violates the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the end of the Sinsan-gu G building at the end of May 21, 2019, in front of the 359 Central Park at the end of the same Sinsan-gu, Sinsan-gu.
