1. Defendant 1 or Defendant 28 indicated in the attached Form No. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, among the land size of 928 square meters in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government AB large 928 square meters.

1. Basic facts

A. On May 8, 1954, Defendant Republic of Korea sold part of AD land of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 1,707 (hereinafter “AD land before division”) before division to AC on May 8, 195, and completed the registration procedure for transfer of ownership for the share of 37.33/1,707 out of AD land before division on February 10, 1964.

B. On February 10, 1964, AC sold part of the AD land purchased by it to AE by specifying its location and size, and on February 19, 1964, AC completed the procedure for ownership transfer registration for reasons of the said sale with respect to the share of 34/1,707 of the AD land before subdivision.

C. On January 29, 1965, the daily area of 928 square meters, including the part of the land sold by AE to AE was divided into a total of 928 square meters in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

Land sold by AC to AE was pre-saleed and the ownership transfer registration was completed on December 23, 1985.

After purchasing the above land from AF on October 26, 198, the Plaintiff completed the registration procedure for ownership transfer on December 23, 198 with respect to the share of 34/1,707 of the AD land before subdivision.

E. At the same time, the Plaintiff purchased a house (hereinafter “instant house”) located on the ground of 130 square meters in part of “vii7” portion inside the ship (hereinafter “instant site”) connected with each point in the attached Form 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 1 among the land AB, and purchased the said land from AF, and occupied and used the said house after completing the procedure for the registration of ownership transfer on December 23, 198.

F. Of the land AD before subdivision, the remaining land except AB was also purchased and sold before the end to Defendant 2 through 28 by specifying the location and size of each land, and the co-ownership registration as indicated in the column for co-ownership in the separate sheet was completed. The same co-ownership registration was transferred from the land before subdivision to AB.

G. A duplicate of the instant complaint containing the Plaintiff’s expression of intent to terminate title trust against Defendant 1 or 28.
