A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and three months.

Seized evidence shall be confiscated from the accused.

Punishment of the crime

An employee who committed false loan fraud in the name of the victim caused an unspecified victim to temporarily get a large number of card loans available to the credit card in use by the victim by misrepresenting himself/herself, and then remitted the loan to the account designated by the organizing personnel at low interest.

After planning to obtain money by remittance of the above card loans, some of the members of the management staff were responsible for the role of deceiving the victim by telephone to the victim, the role of recruiting another person's account, and some of the members of the management staff decided to have the account provider take charge of receiving cash withdrawal. On June 7, 2016, the Defendant provided an account necessary for the transfer of money from the employee of the victim through the job offer advertisement in the rice Luxembourg market, and conspired with the above funds to withdraw the amount of damage deposited in the said account and receive the compensation therefor.

1. On June 10, 2016, an employee in charge of the crime of false loan fraud shall call to the victim D by misrepresenting himself/herself at a non-displace on June 10, 2016, and by misrepresenting himself/herself at a victim D to change the existing loan to a low interest rate, and, if so, first of all, he/she shall repay 10 million won of the existing loan to the party.

“The victim was the victim.”

However, even if the defendant and the non-name assistance employee receive 10 million won from the injured party, they did not have any intent or ability to lend money at low interest rate.

The Defendant received KRW 10 million from the victim's bank account (Account Number: E) in the name of the Defendant at around that time, and withdrawn KRW 10 million from the Dobong branch of the National Bank in Dobong-gu Seoul, Dobong-gu, Seoul, in cash, and three subway species in Jongno-gu, Jongno-gu, Seoul.
