A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 2,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 500,000.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is the representative of the Dtel 1 complex management body, and the same B is the person in charge of Dtel management of corporation E.

1. On April 30, 2013, from around 17:07 to 20:00 on the same day, the Defendants conspiredd with the victim F, and intruded on the structure under the victim’s management by entering the victim’s management office, pest control office, MDFT office, MO office, first floor EPS office, office, elevator machine room of the rooftop floor, and manager’s portrait without permission.

2. Damage to property;

A. The Defendants conspired to replace the above Dtel management office, pest control office, MDFT office, the first floor EPS office, the first floor EPS office, the elevator machine room of the office of the manager, and the entrance correction device of the office of the victim Dtel owner without permission, thereby impairing the utility of the correction device in market price, which is owned by the owner of the victim Dtel.

B. From around 19:00 on May 1, 2013 to 21:30 on the same day, the Defendants conspired to replace the entrance correction devices of the said Dtel electricity room, machine room, and underground floor EPS room without permission, thereby impairing the utility of the victim Dtel owner’s correction devices in market price, which are owned by the victim Dtel owner.

C. From around 04:00 on May 2, 2013 to 06:00 on the same day, the Defendants conspired to replace without permission the entrance correction devices of the EPS room prior to the said Dtel, thereby impairing the utility of the correction devices in the market price, which are owned by the owners of the victim Dtel.

3. Interference with business;

A. On April 30, 2013, from around 17:07 to 20:00 on the same day, the Defendants conspired with the victim to the above Dtel management office, pest control office, MDFT office, the first floor ePS office, the office of machinery room of the rooftop floor, the office of equipment room of the manager, the office of equipment room of the office of the victim, the manager, and the office of the victim who prevented the Defendants from destroying the keys of all major facilities possessed by G after this hour, and the victim by force for three hours, such as keeping the body of the victim and the employees thereof and replacing the entrance correction device.
