1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The status of the parties between the Plaintiff A and the Plaintiff B is between husband and wife, and between Defendant C and Defendant D, respectively.

B. 1) Plaintiff B started operating an online shopping mall, along with the branch of the year 2003. The plaintiffs are currently the representative directors of E.

3) From 2004 to September 30, 2013, Defendant D operated the said shopping mall. Defendant D entered into an annual salary contract of approximately KRW 4 to 50,000 from January 29, 2013 and the amount of the annual salary of KRW 52,500,000,000, including clothes, and entered them into an annual salary contract of KRW e and annual salary of KRW 52,50,000,000, around June 2013, 2013. Defendant C opened the Red Cross. Defendant C was in charge of overall sales from February 2013 to June 2013. Defendant D, as its head office, received the annual salary of KRW 4 to 5,000 from 2010 to 2013. Defendant C concluded an annual salary contract of KRW 52,500,000.

5 When the shopping mall business was well operated by Plaintiff B, the mother of the said shopping mall business, and the mother of Plaintiff B had the loan in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government amounting to KRW 1.3 billion, and the Plaintiff B had the purchase of an external agent for KRW 130 million to Plaintiff B, thereby making a lot of monetary support to his family and its branch.

C. On May 2, 2008, Plaintiff A’s account number amount of Plaintiff A’s account No. 13,000,000 on May 2, 2008 between the Plaintiffs and the Defendants was KRW 3,700,000 on August 31, 2009, the New Bank J3,700,000 on August 31, 2009, KRW 40,000 on October 5, 2009, KRW 5,000 on October 5, 200,000 on May 5, 2009.
