Criminal facts

1. On November 8, 2018, the Defendants related to the public offering and one-nameed “B,” etc. are the accomplices to commit so-called online and Internet financial fraud crimes. On the Internet hosting program, the Defendants, through the Internet hosting program, acted to demand the public prosecutor or prosecutor’s office to withdraw cash against many and unspecified victims and deliver cash to them to their designated persons. The Defendant conspired to serve as the Defendants to receive cash from the victims using documents and identification cards under the name of the Chairman of the Financial Services Commission, the Director of the Financial Supervisory Service, and the Financial Supervisory Service.

2.
