Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Violation of the Game Industry Promotion Act;
A. Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with D, E, etc., exchanged the result obtained through the use of game products.
B. 2. On July 12, 2013, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Intimidation, etc.) imposed a fine on H who was investigated by the police in front of the Gwangju Western Police Station on the same day when the case was terminated to collapse.
