Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal history] On August 21, 2015, Defendant A was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny in the Cheongju District Court’s Chungcheong branch on July 5, 2016 and completed the execution of the sentence in Daejeon Prison on July 5, 2016, and there are more records of punishment for the same crime than 13 times.
[Criminal facts] The Defendants, who live together, returned to the country where the daily expenses for the early March 2017 fell, and stolen the things.
Thus, Defendant A played a role of stealing goods by intrusioning on hospitals, pharmacies, beauty parlors, etc. at night, and Defendant B, while waiting in a place located far away from the place of crime by driving a DNA franchise XG car, and Defendant A was to take charge of moving the goods to the vehicle when Defendant A went back after committing the crime.
