1. The plaintiff's primary claim and the conjunctive claim against the defendants are all dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The Plaintiff entered into a title trust agreement with D, completed the registration of transfer of shares on August 26, 1992 with the receipt of No. 5028 on August 26, 1992 as to the share of 185/278 square meters in Jeonju-gun E, Jeonju-gun, and FF of 208 square meters in Jeonju-gun, Jeonju-gun, and the share of 196/367 square meters in 208 square meters, on the ground of the successful bid on February 29, 192, and completed the registration of transfer of shares on June 4, 1992 as to the remaining share of 173 square meters in Jeonju-gun, Jeonju-gun, Jeonju-gun, Jeonju-gun, and the share of 173 square meters in 196/367 square meters in Jeonju-gun, Jeonju-gun, and completed the registration of transfer of shares on August 26, 1992 as to the remaining share of 17.
B. During the Plaintiff’s possession of the instant land in accordance with the title trust agreement with D, D died on March 1, 1995, and the deceased D’s heir is wife G, children H, I, and J (hereinafter “G, etc.”).
C. At the request of G, etc., the Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer to Defendant C on the ground of sale on June 12, 1995, which was accepted on July 7, 1995 and received on July 7, 1995.
Defendant C completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to one-third share out of the instant land by reason of donation on January 9, 2008, as Defendant B, K, and L, No. 2228, Jan. 9, 2008, and Defendant B completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to one-third share of the instant land. Defendant B completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to K and one-third share of each of the instant land on May 12, 201, for reasons of sale and purchase as of May 12, 201, Jeonju District Court indictmented on May 12, 201.
E. On December 15, 201, among the instant land, the instant land was divided into Jeonju-gun, Jeonju-gun, and the instant land was divided into Jeonju-gun, Jeonju-gun, Jeonju-gun, and Jeonju-gun, and completed the registration of transfer of ownership on September 4, 201, under Article 57424, by filing an all-round indictment of Jeonju District Court on September 3, 201, on the ground of an agreement on the purchase of public land.
F. The land of this case is owned by the Republic of Korea by the Republic of Korea.
