A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics, but a person handling narcotics, and is not a person handling narcotics, but a person handling narcotics, etc., shall not trade or administer a clopon (one copon (one copon; hereinafter referred to as "copon").

On August 2020, the Defendant came to know on August 1, 202 that a person who used a telegram conversation called “B” in the name of “B” was selling a telephone with a non-face-to-face transaction (one-one-one-one-one-person), and was able to purchase a telephone from the above person with no name.

1. Sale and purchase of phiphones;

A. On August 5, 2020, the Defendant: (a) around 22:23, 2020 on August 5, 2020, deposited in the account under the name of D Bank in the Busan East-gu, Busan-gu, the Defendant: (b) deposited KRW 400,000 into the account in the name of D Bank; and (c) around that time, the Defendant traded a phiphone by means of finding approximately 0.5 g of a rophone in the cover of the stairs lab in the Busan-gu, Busan-gu, by finding out approximately 0.5 g of a rophonephone, which is hidden under the cover of the stairs lab.

B. On August 8, 2020, the Defendant: (a) around 20:38, around August 2020, deposited KRW 700,000 into the company bank account in the name of G, which was known by the above winners; and (b) around that time, the Defendant purchased and sold a phiphone by finding approximately 1g of a philopon under the bottom of the stairs metal cover in Busan Dong-gu, Busan, by finding out approximately 1g of a philopon under the bottom of the plastic machine cover.

2. At around 05:00 on August 19, 2020, the Defendant administered phiphones by means of dilution approximately 0.08g of phiphones purchased, such as as described in paragraph (1), into Kgallons, parked in the vicinity of J Park in Gangseo-gu Busan Metropolitan City, and using a disposable injection device, and injection of phiphones into his left bloodline.

Summary of Evidence

1. Each investigation report of the defendant's legal statement (the training of philophones as a result of the dial examination, and deposit for the trade of philophones, and attaching photographs to receipts taken after deposit) is applicable to the law.
