Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 26, 2013, at around 12:45, the Defendant: (a) obstructed the Defendant by putting one of the hump pipes in the waiting room of the hospital room on the ground that the employees of the hospital, including the victim D, who are the head of the hospital, were influortly imprising the Defendant.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the operation of the victim hospital by force.
