When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 21, 2017, at around 03:10, the Defendant received 112 reports from the “D main points” located in Yeonsu-gu Incheon, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, and sent out, and heard the victim F and the victim G, a police officer affiliated with the Yeonsu-gu, Incheon E District Police Station E District police station, who called “D main points”, to pay the drinking value and return home. However, while the above H et al. are heard, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victims by saying, “this son who is not sealed, this son, the police officer, as soon as possible, and the citizens of the police son who believe them.”
