A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years and by a fine of 300,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

[2] On March 16, 2004, on December 2, 2004, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Seoul Western District Court (Seoul Western District Court) for the following reasons: (a) four months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Seoul Southern District Court on February 16, 2005; (b) five years of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Larceny) at the Cheongju District Court on September 7, 2006; and (c) one year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Cheongju District Court on January 13, 2012.

After that, on August 21, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for two years and four months and a fine of three hundred thousand won at the Cheongju District Court for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief). On March 15, 2016, the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence at the Cheongju Prison.

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes;

A. On April 15, 2016, the Defendant: (a) driven a set of fESCORT 1110 Obama equivalent to KRW 1790,00,00, Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si, with a set of Dap set up before D, which had been set up in the front-gu, Seowon-gu, Seowon-si, and had been set up.
