A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

Punishment of the crime

[2] On June 25, 1970, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of ten months for a crime of safekeeping stolen goods at the Seoul Southern District Court; on October 5, 1971, ten months of imprisonment for a crime of acquiring stolen goods at the Seoul Southern District Court; on October 12, 197, one year and six months of imprisonment for a crime of habitually acquiring stolen goods at the Seoul Southern District Court; on April 26, 1983, two years and six months of imprisonment for a crime of transporting stolen goods at the Seoul Southern District Court; on April 17, 1986, a fine of five hundred thousand won for a crime of transporting stolen goods at the Seoul Southern District Court; on April 2, 1993, imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Seoul Southern District Court at the Seoul Southern District Court at the Seoul Southern District Court at the Seoul Southern District Court at the Seoul Southern District Court at the Seoul Southern District Court for one year and six years for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc.

[2] On February 28, 2017, around 06:30, the Defendant acquired construction sections over 16 times in total, as shown in the annexed crime list, from around 04:00 on May 30, 2015 to February 06:30, 2017, after being aware of the fact that construction sections, such as the victim E, were stolen from D, at the underground parking lot of the insular apartment apartment building located in the Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Gwanak-gu, 30-ro 40,000 (Ycheon-dong 40,000).
