1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 283,60,000 for the Plaintiff and KRW 20% per annum from September 9, 2015 to September 30, 2015; and (b) the Plaintiff.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On August 27, 2013, the Plaintiff entered into a service contract with the Defendant (hereinafter “instant service contract”) and its main contents are as follows.

1. Title of services: Formulation of detailed plan for the development of Class I district unit planning zone A1-2 district unit planning zone;

2. Location of the business site: A branch office of Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government No. 451-21, Gangdong-gu.

3. Area of a business: approximately 29,682 square meters ( approximately 8,979 square meters);

4. Service period: From the date of concluding the contract to the date of determination.

5. Service amount: Won 380,000,000 won in daily gold, but value-added tax shall be separately added.

The instant service contract added the following general terms and conditions of technical service contracts.

Article 3 (Scope of Services)

2.The details of the services of Eul (referring to the plaintiff) shall be as follows:

Preparation and submission of documents for the determination of detailed development plans for Class A1-2 of the Class I district unit planning - Documents for the determination of detailed development plans for Class A1 district unit planning A1-2 special planning zones - detailed development plans for Class A1 district unit planning zones

(b) Supplementation and submit various documents required by the competent authorities with respect to the detailed development plan for Class I district unit planning A1-2 special planning zone;

(c) Review on traffic congestion related to the detailed development plan for Class I district unit planning A1-2 special planning zones;

(d) Environmental review related to the detailed development plan for Class A1-2 district unit planning zones;

(e) The balance of 114,000,000 won and the remainder of 30% at the time of the receipt of the request for the district unit plan for the intermediate payment of 152,000,000 won and 114,000,000 won and 30% at the time of the receipt of the request for the district unit plan for the part payment of 40% intermediate payment of 152,00,000 won and 380,000,000 for the detailed development plan for Class A1 district unit plan for Class A-2 district;

1. The amount of services shall be three hundred-eight thousand won in daily gold (Won 380,000,000): Provided, That the time for payment of value-added tax shall be as follows:

2. Eul claims payment to Gap (referring to the defendant) by attaching documentary evidence as to the time of payment of the service amount, and Gap shall file a claim.
