1. The Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) paid KRW 31,462,200 to the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) and the Plaintiff’s payment thereof from June 21, 2016 to January 17, 2018.

Basic Facts

The plaintiff is a corporation that runs a technical service business, such as planning, design, construction, supervision, etc. of buildings, and the defendant is a corporation that runs a housing construction business, sales business, etc.

As to the district unit plan and construction design of the Housing Complex Construction Corporation in Seoul, Dongjak-gu, Seoul, the purpose of constructing multi-family housing, sales facilities, and business facilities (hereinafter “instant project”), the Defendant entered into a contract with the Plaintiff on March 3, 2015, regarding the aggregate of KRW 2,390,000 (=2,80,000,000,000 as the district unit planning service cost of KRW 2,110,000,00 as the unit planning service cost of KRW 2,10,000 as the unit planning service cost of KRW 2,10,000,000 as the unit planning service cost of KRW 2,10,000,00 as the unit planning service cost of KRW 2,10,000,00

(hereinafter “instant contract”). District unit planning and construction design agreement

1. Title of design contract: New construction of a housing complex within three zones in a special forest planning zone;

2. Site location: A building site location No. 686-48, Seoul Dongjak-gu, Dongjak-gu, Seoul.

3. Design outline 1) Site area: The total floor area of 9,401,500 square meters: Multi-unit housing, sales facilities, and business facilities (office 3): 5 stories underground and 29 stories above ground: 5,00 square meters below 6,00 square meters: 9,07 square meters;

4. District-unit planning services. (1) Construction design services. (2) Construction design services: Ten million won per day (in e.g., e., 280,000,000,000 additional tax): Total sum: Ten million won per day (in e.g., e. 2,10,000,000 additional tax): Ten million won per day (in e.g., e. 2,390,000,000 additional tax), March 3, 2015; and

The period from the date of design contract to the date of completion of approval for use, and the date of completion of authorization shall be 13 months from the date of contract.

Article 4 (Calculation of Service Fees and Method of Payment) (1) The calculation criteria and method of service fees shall be based on the consideration criteria.

Provided, That on-site conditions and design conditions shall be the same.
