A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

C(Separation) around May 2012, after intentionally causing a motor vehicle accident, prepared a passenger car with the intent to acquire money as insurance proceeds from the motor vehicle insurance company and to take the role of a vehicle damaged by the intentional vehicle accident by deceiving it, and then, introduced the Defendant A who will play a role of the vehicle for damage through the Defendant E (Separation) who intended to repair the vehicle for future damage, and introduced the Defendant A who will drive the damaged vehicle through the vehicle for future damage, and introduced the Defendant A who will drive the damaged vehicle through the name-free box (one name G). In that process, Defendant E, Defendant A, and Defendant H intentionally proposed to the effect that they receive the insurance proceeds from the insurance company after intentionally paid the vehicle accident as above, and obtained their consent, the said Defendants conspired to commit the so-called “insurance fraud.”
