2. Defendant B, Defendant C, M, N,O, H, and I’s joint crimes committed with Defendant C, and Defendant C receive insurance proceeds by intentionally causing a traffic accident to I, L, and N;

All proposals, and I agreed to the insurance fraud to M and Defendant B, and all of them agreed to the insurance fraud, and Defendant B andO agreed to the insurance fraud.
