Punishment of the crime
【Criminal Power】 On February 18, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for fraud, etc. at the Busan District Court, which became final and conclusive on the 26th of the same month.
【Criminal Facts】
1. Larceny;
A. On June 7, 201, from around 16:55 to 17:00 on the same day, the Defendant found out the fact that one set of H-type car is suffering from a trial run in front of the restaurant of “Nauri” located in the downstream-dong, Seocheon-si, and that it was stolen by driving it.
B. At around 21:30 on June 7, 201, the Defendant: (a) operated a h-wing apartment in the C-Sa-dong, Scacheon-si, Sacheon-si, with the same paragraph as the above paragraph (a), with the intent to steal the number plates of the same model and attach them to the said vehicle, in such a manner as to threaten the continued operation of the said vehicle by a stolen vehicle; (b) with the intent to steal the number plates of the same model; and (c) with the intention to remove two seals from the front and rear number plates of the J-Sa-ray car in which the market price for the victim I is unknown.
2. The accused of the unlawful use of air defense and the unlawful use of air defense events are as mentioned in paragraph (1) and at the same time and at the same place as mentioned in paragraph (2) of the same Article, two number plate of the air stude shall be attached to the stude car which stolen a vehicle in front and rear stude, as mentioned in paragraph (1) of the same Article, and two number plate of the air stude shall be used unlawfully

3. On June 26, 201, at around 02:30 on June 26, 201, the Defendant injured by robbery: (a) in the residence of the victim L (n, 23 years old) (n, K Apartment-gu, Busan) located in 4.6 dong 609; (b) the Defendant opened the entrance door password used at the time of residing in the previous residence and intruded into the entrance door; and (c) the Defendant was able to play play in sound of the victim’s door located in the inner bed.
