A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. Larceny;

A. On September 2013, 2013, the Defendant: (a) discovered the amount of the Escarn car owned by the victim D, which was parked at a 3-dong underground parking lot of the C apartment in the Seocho-si, Gyeongcheon-si; and (b) stolen it by using the crebs where the surrounding surveillance was neglected.

B. On September 2013, 2013, the Defendant: (a) discovered a knife vehicle without a number plate owned by the victim F, parked at a knife (G) vehicle; (b) opened a knife vehicle without a correction by means of a gap where the surrounding surveillance was neglected; and (c) opened a knife vehicle with a key near the knife with the key corresponding to the said knife; (d) returned to the vehicle; and (e) took the knife using the said key; and (e) cut off the knife using the said key.

C. The Defendant, at the same time and place as described in paragraph 1(b), stolen two of the victim H number plates of the I vehicle owned by the victim, who was parked in the vicinity of the above Kaxa vehicle.

2. On September 5, 2013, the Defendant illegally used a motor vehicle registration number plate, which was attached to a stolen knife vehicle as described in paragraph (1)(b), by attaching two knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife.

3. The Defendant in an unlawful-use air defense event: (a) operated the said car engine at the place of reduction and exemption, etc. from the same date and time as indicated in paragraph (2) to September 21, 2013; and (b) exercised the air defense illegally used by drifting it.

4. Violation of the Road Traffic Act;

A. On September 2013, 2013, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license, driven an Esckn vehicle from the 3-dong underground parking lot of the C apartment in the Seocho-gu, Seocho-gu, the Defendant, at approximately 48 km section from the 346 km in the Gyeonggi-do, to the front 346 km in the Gyeonggi-do.

B. The Defendant did not obtain a license to drive a motor vehicle and Osan-si on September 2013.
