A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

The defendant is between the victim B (the age of 52) and the NAN line.

At around 23:00 on March 6, 2014, the Defendant: (a) 23:00 in South-gu, Gyeonggi-do, the 4th floor of the Gyeonggi-do, where the Defendant was living together with the victim, and was in a fluoral zone, on the ground that the victim was not able to treat the defendant as a fluor; (b) when the victim’s face was taken by drinking and hand, the victim was fluoring over the floor; (c) fluoring the victim’s chest by drinking fluor; and (d) fluoring the victim’s chest by drinking fluor; and (d) fluoral fluor, the Defendant sustained the victim’s breast at several times, including the fluoring fluor flu
