Punishment of the crime

1. [Defendant A] From April 2, 2015 to May 19, 2015, the Defendant, in collusion with B and F, leased three rooms (No. 412, 413, and 414) on the fourth floor of the Cheongju-gu Gtel building in Chungcheong-gu from April 2, 2015 to May 19, 2015, respectively, two rooms (No. 610, 617) on the six floors, respectively, at the above place, and placed an advertisement of "I" on the Internet sex trade site "H," and placed an advertisement of "I" on the Internet sex trade site "H," with a view to having the J, K (Ga name), L (Ga name), M (Ga name), N (Ga name), P (Ga name), Q (Ga name), Q (Ga name), 13 to 5 members and an unspecified number of customers (No. 300,000 won) and one employee of the said Internet entertainment site "H".

Accordingly, the defendant conspireds with B and F to arrange commercial sex acts.

2. [Defendant B]

A. From Sep. 2014 to Oct. 14, 2014, the Defendant: (a) in collusion with W and A, leased 204, 304, 304, 538, 706, and 806 respectively, of an officetel located in X in Sejong Special Self-Governing City from Sept. 2, 2014 to Mar. 2, 2015; (b) placed an advertisement of “AA” in the “Z” on the Internet sexual traffic site (hereinafter referred to as “Z”), and placed an advertisement in collusion with L, AB, C, AD, AE (Ga name), T (Ga name), AF (Ga name), etc. with a large number of unspecified customers who had been employed as an employee; and (c) paid the remainder of KRW 150,000,000,000 to the employees of the said site by receiving profits from customers, and (d) KRW 1580,000,000,00.

Accordingly, the defendant conspireds with W and A for business purposes.
