Defendant
A Imprisonment with prison labor for a maximum of 1 year and short of 10 months, Defendant B with prison labor for six months, and Defendant C with prison labor for four months.
Reasons
1. On August 18, 2015, the Defendants jointly agreed to steal another’s property, including special larceny, and around 00:30 on August 18, 2015, Defendant B driven a FYF straw car, and Defendant A, Defendant C was on board the said car and was in front of the I restaurant in the operation of H of the victim H located in G at Sejong City. Defendant B and Defendant C reported the network within the said car, Defendant A, and Defendant A invaded into the said car after destroying the lock-down system with a single caner-kick door door, which was prepared in advance, and then invaded into the I, with 3,000 won in cash owned by the victim, and committed a theft or attempted theft of another’s property as indicated in the attached list of crimes (1).
2. Defendant A
A. On August 29, 2015, the Defendant violated the Fraud and the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act: (a) around 20:19, at the K convenience store located in Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-do; (b) as if there was a legitimate right to use the stolen L’s physical card, as stated in the list of crimes (1) 19; (c) presented the above physical card to the employees of the convenience store, and then received the above 2,900 won in the instant World Cup; and (d) obtained the stolen physical card through four times as listed in the list of crimes (2).
B. On August 19, 2015, the Defendant, without obtaining a motorcycle driver’s license, driven a motorcycle driver’s license for eight times in total, as shown in the attached Table (3) list of crimes, including driving of Matob in front of the Han-dong apartment located in the Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do, and driving of Matoba from the front of the Han-dong apartment located in the Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do, and the lower court.
3. Defendant B, without obtaining a driver’s license on August 16, 2015, on or around 14:00, the Defendant, as indicated in the attached list of crimes (4) as follows: (a) drive a FYF strawet car in front of the Mandong-dong-dong, to the front day of the Sejong-si Gun-Si, Sejong-Gun-Si, Sejong-Gun-si.
