Punishment of the crime
[Defendant A’s criminal records] Defendant A was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Incheon District Court on January 14, 2010, and the judgment became final and conclusive on May 18, 201, Defendant A was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime, etc. at the same court on May 18, 2011, and the judgment became final and conclusive on June 8, 2011, and on September 25, 2015, Defendant A was sentenced to three years of imprisonment with prison labor for habitual special larceny, etc. at the Suwon District Court on December 27, 2017, and completed the execution of the sentence by the Gyeyang Prison on December 27, 2017.

1. On April 20, 2019, Defendant A’s occupational embezzlement (hereinafter “Defendant A”) was employed as an employee in the E-mail of the victim D’s operation in Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si on April 20, 201 and has been engaged in the business of delivering food and receiving money.

A, while receiving KRW 341,00 from customers in the same day with food, he/she was in custody for the victim, he/she did not return the above money to the victim and embezzled it by consuming it for personal purposes, such as living expenses, etc. from the members in the Chungcheongnam-si city around that time, and embezzled the victims' property twice in total as shown in attached Table 1 from April 14, 2019 to April 20, 2019.
