However, since the defendant did not have the above gender, there was no intention or ability to sell it.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received 600,000 won from the victim to the F bank account (G) in the name of the Defendant on the same day.

2. On July 23, 2018, the Defendant, who committed the crime against the victim H, sent a notice to the effect that “the purchase of J medical devices” prepared by the victim H by accessing the “Internet site I” at the Defendant’s home located in Gwangju City building and the Defendant’s house located in subparagraph d, and falsely concluded that the Defendant would sell J medical devices to the victim.

However, since the defendant did not have the above medical device, there was no intention or ability to sell it.

Ultimately, around July 25, 2018, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received 150,000 won from the victim to the F bank account (G) in the name of the Defendant and acquired it by deceiving the victim.

3. Around November 9, 2018, the Defendant, who committed the crime against the Victim K, drafted a notice stating that he/she would sell a J medical device by accessing the “Internet site I” at the Defendant’s home located in Gwangju City building and the Defendant’s home located in subparagraph d, and falsely suggest that he/she would sell a J medical device to the Victim K who reported and contacted the notice.
