Defendant

AK shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for five years and by imprisonment for two years and six months for the crimes of Article 2 of the Decision of Defendant AL, and the crimes of Article 3 of the Decision.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 7, 2007, the Seoul Western District Court sentenced 2 years of suspended execution to 1 year of imprisonment with labor for fabrication of private documents, etc. on March 27, 2008, which became final and conclusive on April 22, 2008.

AL served as a secretary of the AF district promotion committee, and served as a full-time director of the AF district redevelopment association after the establishment of the AF district redevelopment association. On June 1, 2007, the Seoul Western District Court sentenced two years of suspension of execution to eight months of imprisonment due to the charge of forging private documents, etc., which became final and conclusive on March 27, 2008, and continued to serve as a director again on December 16, 201.

A served as an auditor of the AF Area Promotion Committee, while serving as a director of the AF Area redevelopment partnership after the establishment of the AF Area redevelopment partnership corporation, A was appointed as the head of the partnership on September 2, 2009.
