Punishment of the crime

On February 26, 2014, at around 23:00, the Defendant driven BM5 vehicle under the influence of alcohol with approximately 1.5 km alcohol concentration of approximately 0.05% from the section near the U.S. apartment in Supocheon-ro, Supocheon-si, to the lower end of Sipopopo-si, GM5 vehicle.
