On August 7, 2013, at around 23:17, the Defendant driven B motor vehicles under the influence of alcohol content of approximately 0.098% at a section of approximately 100 meters from the end of the package to the front of the sea-water restaurant located in the same Dong, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Busan.
