Punishment of the crime
1 Defendant A
(a) No one shall provide game products for the distribution or use, the contents of which are different from those of the rating, or display or store such products for such purposes;
Nevertheless, from January 7, 2012 to August 18, 2012, the Defendant installed 40 game “Ire II” game machine in which the game was automatically implemented without any operation of Leber and Baber, and provided it to the customers who found the game site in question, by obtaining free gifts from the Game Rating Board by putting the water level on the screen within a given time by manipulating Leber and Baber; and at the same time, the Defendant installed a program in which the game was automatically implemented without any operation of Leber and Baber.
As a result, the defendant provided game products with contents different from the classification.
(b) No one shall exchange, arrange for exchange or repurchase tangible and intangible results obtained through the use of game products as a business;
Nevertheless, the Defendant, at the above date, at the above time, had a business of exchanging the outcome of a game product by paying 4,500 won to those who wish to exchange the game score acquired as a result of entertainment among the customers who had been engaged in entertainment in the game room, by paying 5,00 won to the 5,00 foot gift certificates.
2. Defendant B
A.
