Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 24, 2014, from around 19:40 to 20:20, the Defendant parked approximately 40 minutes on the opposite line of the running line of the said vehicle and obstructed the traffic of the land along which ordinary vehicles pass, on the ground that the signal number E and the time signal for traffic signals on both sides of the construction section are laid underground, while urban gas pipelines are being operated in the direction of the legal waters from the international bank of the area north of the Gun at the seat of the same Gun, along the roads in front of the C cafeteria located in B of the Gun, in the direction of the law.
