A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

Punishment of the crime

On July 14, 2016, at around 13:50, the Defendant driven a cate motor vehicle without a vehicle driver's license, from the front side of the old agricultural and fishery products wholesale market in the Dong-si 136-gil, Dong-si, Dong-si, 148-gil, to the front side of the original 15-ro 148-gil, Gu-si, Dong-si, Dong-si, Dong-si, Dong-si.

On August 12, 201, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of six months for a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) at the Jung-gu District Court on June 14, 201. On June 14, 2016, the Seoul Western District Court sentenced the Defendant to a suspended sentence of three years for a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act (Unlicensed Driving). On June 22, 2016, the said judgment became final and conclusive on the 22th of the same month, and again was sentenced to a suspended sentence of three years for a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act (Unlicensed Driving). On the other hand, if the Defendant sold a vehicle to D while being tried for the said without a license, he tried to drive the instant without a license, but it is inevitable in view of the fact that the Defendant continued to operate the instant vehicle in the state of without a license even after transferring the name of D and was under control as above.

In addition, the sentencing conditions shown in pleadings, such as the age, character and conduct, environment, motive, means and result of the crime, the circumstances after the crime, etc., shall be determined as the order.
