Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On May 18, 2007, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 500,000 for a fine of KRW 500,000 for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Seoul Eastern District Court; on September 23, 2008, a summary order of KRW 2 million for the same crime at the Jung-gu District Court on the same day; on February 9, 2009, the same court issued a summary order of KRW 1 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (non-license); on November 25, 2010, the summary order of KRW 2 million for the same crime at the same court; on June 5, 2014, the summary order of KRW 6 million was issued for a violation of the Road Traffic Act; on the same day, the court issued a summary order of KRW 500,000 for a fine of KRW 5 million for the same crime; and on April 14, 2016, the court was sentenced to a suspended sentence of imprisonment for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (hereinafter).
On April 15, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 10:14, 2016, the Defendant driven a C-wing truck under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.094% while under the influence of alcohol of 0.094%, without obtaining a driver’s license from the front side of the Guri Agricultural and Fisheries Market, which is located in 90 Dori-si, Dongri-si, Dongri-si, 136 Dori-si, Siri-si, Gyeongri-si, 254.
around 00:38 on July 19, 2016, the Defendant driven C high-class three truck under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.063% without obtaining a driver’s license in the section of about 300 meters from the front of the water-based apartment road located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si to the front of the king-do located in 298 in the same city.
