Defendant

A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3 million, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2 million.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is a person who is a DNA (title E, legal name) in his/her residence.

Defendant

B is a person who is an employee of the Gangwon-gu Senior Cooperative in the residential area.

On August 2, 201, at around 21:00, Defendant B was instructed by Defendant A to prevent access roads, such as the preceding paragraph, at the top of the access road to the Gangseo-gu Gyeongwon Pyeongwon, which was installed on both sides of the access road at around August 2010, and walked with strings at a height of 1m in height of 3m and 1m of the width set up on both sides of the access road, and obstructed the path by locked with the locks. At around 06:00 the following day, Defendant B, knowing that J was passing through the hacks, parked a road of 25 son of the compcompons in the name of the Hanwon G association at KRW 13:00, obstructed the path by cutting down the hacks by cutting down the hacks, connecting the hacks, and obstructed the passage by October 10, 2011.
