A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is an employer who operates WW Co., Ltd. of plastic surface disposal company in V at the time of harmony and employs five full-time workers.

A. From May 6, 2013 to February 22, 2016, the Defendant violated the Labor Standards Act (hereinafter “Labor Standards Act”) was employed by the said stock company W. B. From May 6, 2013 to February 22, 2016, the Defendant violated the Act on the Guarantee of Workers’ Retirement Benefits did not pay KRW 5,368,238 of the retirement allowance of the retired worker X within 14 days from the date of retirement without any agreement between the parties on the extension of the payment period.

The Defendant, from August 1, 2014 to April 30, 2015, paid KRW 5,417,00 on September 2014 of the Z that retired while working in the said workplace from around August 1, 2014, to around April 30, 2015, and did not pay KRW 26,248,353 in total wages for three workers Z, AA, and AB during the period of the attached list of crimes (2) within 14 days from the date of retirement, without agreement between the parties on the extension of the payment date.

The Defendant, “2017 Highest 659” from April 29, 2013 to July 31, 2016, without agreement between the parties on the extension of the payment deadline, as the sum of KRW 18,157,57,57, retirement pay 6,059,854 of AC retired while working in the said workplace from September 29, 2015 to July 31, 2016.
