Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On January 17, 2014, at around 10:00, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim to the police E (the age of 27) who was called upon receiving a report from the police trainee E (the age of 27) who was called out after being reported, within the Cststususus in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, when many unspecified persons, such as D, the principal of the said Schlage, etc., within the Cstususbus in Seocho-gu.
