A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At around 02:00 on August 11, 2015, the Defendant: (a) in front of the “Dnodes bank” located in the Busan Youngdo, and (b) in front of the “Dnodes bank”; and (c) inasmuch as the slopeF affiliated with the Busan Youngdo Police Station Estation, sent out after receiving a report to confirm the Defendant’s wife’s details, the Defendant she expressed to F the Defendant’s wife that “I will sing, sings, and sing down the Defendant’s chest by finding out the Defendant’s wife; and (d) I ra, I am, I am, I am, and I am, I am, I am, I am, and I am am am to am to the Defendant’s wife.”

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of official duties concerning crime prevention of slopeF.
