A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 20, 2016, the Defendant: (a) driven a CRabian truck without a vehicle driver’s license from March 20, 2016, the head of Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, the central road of the Young-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, which was 247 meters prior to the 37rd-si, Suwon-si, the head of the Defendant driven a CRabian truck without a vehicle driver’s license.

On June 6, 2016, the Defendant: (a) driven, without a driver’s license, a trucked car driving at the section of approximately 4 km-ro 3312, a trucked car driving at CRaba-ro 72-12, the head of Suwon-si, Suwon-si, the area of which is about 85 meters away from each side of the 4km-ro, Suwon-si, the upper end of which is about 72-12.

The Defendant shall be sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor, taking into account the following factors: (a) the former part of Article 37 of the Criminal Act, Article 38(1)2, and Article 50 of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment of Concurrent Crimes during the period of suspension of the execution of reasons for sentencing; and (b) the same type of crime was already subject to a summary order of fines twice during the period of suspension of the execution of the sentence; and (c)

However, the sentence shall be determined as ordered in consideration of all the sentencing conditions, such as the fact that the defendant is erroneous, the reason why the license is revoked, the circumstances of each driving of this case, the age of the defendant, sexual behavior, environment, etc.
