Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 2, 2016, the Defendant 2016, on March 2, 2016, driven the B rocketing car without a driver’s license from approximately 200 meters away from the 21-3rd Calon road in Suwon-si to about 13-3rd road in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si.

The defendant of "2016 High 2285" is a holder of B rocketing car.

No automobile which is not covered by mandatory insurance shall be operated on a road.

Nevertheless, on March 2, 2016, the Defendant operated the said car from around 500 meters to the same 37th class as the Confucian Schools of Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, 725 Moelel to the same 7th class.
