A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 07:00 on February 6, 2015, the Defendant used a taxi engineer E in front of the Seoul Southern-gu, Seoul, which was reported at the time of taxi charges, and was dispatched to the Seoul Southern-gu, Seoul, C District Police Station, and was in contact with D.

피고인은 경위 D으로부터 폭행죄의 현행범인으로 체포하겠다는 고지를 받자 흥분하여 D을 때릴 듯한 시늉을 하며 수차례 밀치고, 머리로 D의 얼굴 부위를 들이받았다.

As a result, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers on the maintenance of police officers' order.

2. 모욕 피고인은 2015. 2. 6. 07:20경 위와 같은 행위로 인하여 폭행죄, 공무집행방해죄의 현행범인으로 체포되어 서울 중랑구 F에 있는 C지구대에서 대기하던 중 위 E이 있는 가운데 피해자 D에게 “너 이 씹새끼 죽여버린다, 너 이름 뭐야, 너 얼굴 익혀 놨어, 다음에 보자, 나 방송국에 아는 사람 많아, 너 개새꺄, 너 죽여 버리겠어, 경찰이 뭐 다 받아쳐먹고 그렇지 씨발 뭐 있어, 어쩜 이런 개쓰레기들이 경찰을 하고 있나 병신들, 참 좆 같네”라는 등 욕설을 하여 공연히 피해자를 모욕하였다.
