Facts of recognition

The defendant is the owner of each real estate listed in attached Tables 2 and 3.

On May 23, 1969, C, who is the husband of the deceased and the father of the Plaintiff, acquired the ownership of the Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D large 261 square meters (hereinafter “instant site”).
