When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 23, 2014, at around 20:35, the Defendant driven a vehicle of about 105 km in front of an apartment building, and approximately 2 km from the Vice General of Gwangjin-gu, Young-gu to the control place, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol content 0.121% in blood alcohol concentration.
