Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a driver of a passenger car in B’s eth.

No driver of any motor vehicle shall threaten or threaten other persons or cause any danger to traffic by consecutively committing two or more acts from among the acts prohibited by the Road Traffic Act, such as violation of passing methods, etc., or by continuing or repeatedly committing one act.

Nevertheless, on March 6, 2017, the Defendant: (a) driven the said car on the two-lane road in front of the D Hospital located in Sinsi-si, Seoul on March 6, 2017; (b) proceeded at about 40 km from the beginning of the Seocho elementary school along the two-lanes to the large apartment zone; and (c) proceeded along one lane.

On the ground that the FK5 passenger vehicles driven by E are driving along, they pushed ahead of the sudden center line on the ground that they do not yield the course, and when the said E re-transfers the course to the two-lanes, it did not turn on the direction in the future for the above K5 passenger vehicles again, and carried out an act of violation of the direction and prohibition of change of course, such as changing the course to the direction of the above K5 passenger vehicles, thereby threatening or endangering others, or causing any danger to traffic.
