A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a vehicle B by re-checking the vehicle B.

On April 23, 2020, the Defendant driven the above car at around 00:36 on April 23, 2020, and led to the flow of the large 00 square meters (the direction of the shipping substitute library) at the seat of Busan Shipping Daegu Metropolitan City.

Since there was a duty of care to reduce the speed and drive safely according to the lane, the driver of the vehicle has been obliged to drive the vehicle safely.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and went off the road, and proceeded with the street lamps, which were located there by negligence on the left-hand side, with the front part of the car.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by negligence in the course of business, destroyed street lamps so as to cover repair costs in the market price, but did not immediately stop and take necessary measures, left the said car alone at the accident site, and escaped as it is.

2. On April 23, 2020, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act: (a) was to drive the car as referred to in paragraph (1) from D to the place specified in paragraph (1) from D to Nam-gu Busan, Busan, around April 23, 2020.

No driver of any motor vehicle, etc. shall threaten or endanger other persons, or cause any danger to traffic, by consecutively committing two or more acts, from among the acts of violating signal, violation of speed, violation of methods of passing ahead, etc., or by continuing or repeatedly committing any one act.

Nevertheless, the Defendant violated the signal while driving the said car, intrudeed the central line, set the front through the right-hand road, and driven at a speed exceeding approximately 70 km/h.

As a result, the defendant has committed more than two acts such as signal violations, central line invasion, speed violation, and violation of overtaking method, thereby threatening or endangering others, or causing danger to traffic.
